Feather duster, tube worm, or aiptasia??

Found this think poking out of the rocks today. It doesn’t look like aiptasia to me, but I have taken car of a few in recent months. The tentacles do have some light banding on them, but it doesn’t immediately close up when I shine a light on it. Any thoughts?
