Female clownfish being mean to the mail

So I have had my female clown for about 4 months now. I added another clown in the tank about a month ago and the female is being a complete butt to him.

What can I do to take the aggression down?

You could put the male in a breeder box, my female bullied the male till he acknowledged her as the boss with seizure type shaking.
