Now that the school year is done, I'm finally starting my build thread. I ordered the tank March 31st, on the last day of the WB sale. Tank was set to arrive in mid May, but arrived the first week. UPS guy asked me what was in the crate before the black plastic wrap was taken off. Told him it was my new aquarium, and he got all excited. He started telling me about the aquarium he used to have about 10 years ago. He asked me what I planned on putting in it. Truthfully, told him I wasn't quite sure. Anyways, he was cool enough to help me get the crate down a small flight of stairs. Rolled the crate into my apartment and stated working on assembling the stand.
As others have mentioned, the directions are somewhat lacking, but it was easy enough to build if you've built any Ikea furniture. Took a bit longer than I thought it would, but then again I was watching one of my favorite films.
Figure that I'm going to be taking this slow and steady since supply chain for everything is messed up. Started leveling it. Got it leveled and then had the bright idea to move the stand a few inches. Big mistake since I had to relieve everything. Decided to quit for the day.
