So I have a biocube 29 and I have fought steady nitrates since day one. ( almost a year now) and im thinking of doing the santa monica .5 algae scrubber, a diy cheato reactor or a biopellet reactor. My nitrates are pretty steady at 25 sometimes up to 40. I feed a quarter of a cube everyother day and feed the coral reef frenzy twice a month to not add too much more nutrients. Which system will I have better luck with? All can be done for around 100 to 150

I have not tried an algae reactor. I used a diy biopellet reactor and it worked at keeping my nitrates lower but never went below 10. Scrubber has been my best out of these options. Just personal experience but if i had to pick one I'd pick scrubber again.
