Fiji Cube 76 w/ APS stand + Fiji 30 sump (never seen water) [Expired]

Not sure why the description didn't save... Anyway, here it is 
Long story short, we're moving and I'm seeing if there is interest in the tank (if not, we'll move it with us).
*Would need picked up by 9/24 at the latest (that's when the moving truck shows up)*
$1700 cash only, firm, pickup only.
-Fiji cube 76 tank had dry sand added to it in anticipation of it being set up, but then we decided to move to another state. Like new condition, no scratches. It's really a beautiful lagoon style tank!
-APS stand is assembled and in like new condition. Much better than the stock Fiji Cube stands IMO.
-Fiji cube 30" sump is unboxed, but has never seen water either.
I also have a used Reef Octopus ELITE 150-INT (w/ Varios pump) that I'll throw in for free if wanted.
