Fin rot? Ich?

So this hencho started with a spot on its pectoral fin. Its hard to see in the pic, but now there is a hole where the spot was. And other damaged find also. It swims well and eats wells. But now more spots are popping up in him. Had him for a month now. Breathing is slightly elevated, but he is the most active fish in the tank.Prognosis, dr? Any ideas or suggestions?

I do see white spots or spots of skin missing. Can’t tell if it’s Ich in the pics but I don’t see any signs of fin rot that’s good.

As mentioned, a clear photo taken under white light would help. From what I can see, the fish looks a bit "tattered". That combined with the timeline and what species it is makes me lean towards Neobenedenia skin flukes. The eyes look a bit glazed/cloudy as well. If so,. then I'd say that's what it is.
