I got an email today saying that they had just received the gem tangs from their supplier, no word on a shipping date though.

Jason....better respond to your messages below bud. Also...I ordered Acro 1/2 colonies a week ago. You emailed out of boxes on 4th, but would ship Thursday for Friday am delivery. Nothing since, waited Friday, no delivery??? What’s up dude? John

I did receive my small gem (which I requested) on Tuesday as promised. He was a little beat up from the journey but I think that’s probably to be expected.
I’ve had him in quarantine on antibiotics (furan2) and have started introducing copper to the system.
So far he’s doing great, eating like a hog, fins are almost completely healed back up, and he’s very active the past few days.
Communication could have been better but the price was obviously good.
Overall I’m satisfied and will do business with Reef Lounge again.

Hard to imagine damage like that occurring in transit, wouldn't that probably be due to it being beat up by other fish?
