Hi all,
So I did post these pix on my build thread but wanted to get some focus on how I did the fuge for my tank.
All suggestions and guidance are welcome and appreciated
So I have a 25g AIO with 5 chambers in the back. the 2 outer chambers have the filter media with sheet filter floss, chemi-pure carbon bags and one side with a GFO bag, and matrix rox on the bottom. ( see pix)
the fuge is on the left side on a media rack I got at intank.com. it's really well made and fits perfectly. I put the chaeto in the rack and matrix rox on the floor of the inner chamber. the center chamber has the pump.
I then cut off the sticker area for an ACKE grow light from Amazon. (seems reefers with small tanks like this one) and mounted it on the back of the tank.
This is on a digital timer I got at Wal-mart. it works well enough its on from midnight to 6 am. tank lights are on from 8 am till 8 pm ( using current USA LOOP light system with the whole sunrise / sunset setup)
Anyway, this all got setup last night so I will update on how it is working with keeping nutrients in check, especially in a small tank like mine.
anyway Please let me know what you all think.
Thanx
