So.. I had a good long sit in front of the tank Todayand the only two times I saw the desjardini or yellow tang they were chased immediately back behind the rock by the purple tang, taking tail swipes the whole time. Catch box is in the tank. I'll move the pt out for a while, maybe forever. I have no real connection to the purple tang and would really love a black. All three other things in the big tank are all in subservience mode.should not take long with Desi, long as not being bullied ,will be eating out of your hand in no time..
Will do. I'll get it acclimating now.you have a heathy one now, don't risk swapping ,put in other tank for a while ,then try to reintroduce once new tangs are comfortable..
I definitely can. He is floating now. The yellow is already out swimming around.i'd give a week,or longer if you can,
yes i think fish have memory ,but once new tangs are comfortable ,
most likely won't take his crap..
I'm already peeping a corner of my office for an AIO...looks like a nice place for a big tank, gcfi, exaust vent..
glad to hear getting started
it makes a thicker film when it hits the water, add a generous amount to your item then twist to break that film once in the water when you put the pieces together - then hold.Is there a trick for using CA glue for attaching? I've got both gel gorilla glue and reef glue and neither one attach well. Even if I put a generous glob and hold the two pieces steadily together for a minute, I still don't get good enough adhesion for the piece not to slide off. What gives?
Thanks. Going to give it a try here in a bitit makes a thicker film when it hits the water, add a generous amount to your item then twist to break that film once in the water when you put the pieces together - then hold.
