Sorry for the bluelight photo.

I notice this little white sore on the back of my fire fish. Fast forward two days and it looks like it's eating all the way through him.

Any ideas and best course of treatment?

This does look like bite marks opposed to injury
Can you list what other fish are in the tank with it.
How is the fish breathing, normal or labored?
Is fish still eating?

Regarding treatment- will be best using seachem kanaplex in a quarantine tank with air stone for added oxygen

Fish are eating and acting normal, no visible aggression. Wonder is something is attacking him under the rock he sleeps in ?

Have foxfoce
2 fire fish
3 anthis
Hippo tang
Sailing Tang
Brissle tooth tang
2 wrasse
Red hawk fish
3 clown fish
Mandarin
Newest addition (Australian Stripey)

You need to take him out unless you can quickly figure out who it is.

That's a fine start, but they should add an antibiotic such as Neoplex or Kanaplex, and the tubifex can be replaced by any food that the firefish eats well.
The lower salinity and higher temperature will help it heal.
