Thank you! That is what we are striving for! As our Captain likes to put it “A team building exercise”. This is what he tells us when we have a project to do. I may have used those words to get a little help throughout this build.

I started the aquascape. I’m thinking about leaving it open to allow room for growth (hopefully). Nothing wrong with a little wishful thinking. I still may add a little more...

Although readings look decent, I would suggest a water sample to a trusted LFS for comparison as no offense to them, But API test Kits have been less than reliable over the last couple of years. Just to assure tank is truly ready

Yes, I’ve been a little nervous and haven’t added anything yet. It’s been up for about 2 weeks. I’ll probably try to take a sample in when I get back to work Wednesday. Thanks for your help!

As a firefighter/emt I just wanna say that's awesome. I tried for years to get a tank in my firehouse. I was just worried the other shifts wouldnt take care of things.

Thank you! Initially there were a few who didn’t love the idea. After it was set up we have received a lot more support. I have a few other people on different shifts that are interested in learning more and help out with a few simple things.
