hello, I am brand new to this hobby. I have been researching, reading, and browsing local fish shops for several months and have now finally taken the plunge into my first tank. It is a 100 gal planet aquarium crystalline series. It is now set up and waiting for the cycle to complete prior to introducing our first fish. Will start easy and slow. Eventually will get to LPS corals but for now just starting with a FOWLR. Currently my sump has a reef octopus’s 150sss and a Current eflux dc 6009 pump. Starting with two Kessil 360 tuna blue lights. Initial live rock and dry rock put into tank with oceans direct live sand.

Very clean setup!

Word of caution: Those hose clamps are not suited for use near saltwater. Even just over it, they can and will corrode and drop bad stuff in your water.

Welcome aboard!

Thanks, will look into other options there. I can image them getting corroded in time.
