First loss, received splendid dottyback Friday and it just never swam straight and would lay on its side. The rest of my order has been doing excellent and eating right away. First time putting a claim in so let’s see how it goes-

Based on some other user's experiences, I would keep the fish in the freezer in case they want additional photos.

That’s crazy, especially considering the amount of orders I’ve put through and never made a claim. Hopefully it goes smooth

I've never had trouble with Live Aquaria honoring their agreements. I've had fish die but LA promptly without any hassel replaced.
