Hey guys I’m new to the forum, and new to the hobby as well. After a couple of weeks of research, I️ elected to go with a 65g tank, aqueon proflex model 3 sump, eshoppes x120 protein skimmer, and a rio 2100 pump. The tank has been up and running for a week now with 65lbs of live rock. My question is, no matter how much I️ adjust the height of the skimmer, it is producing a large amount of micro bubbles into the tank. I’ve read on several threads that this may be normal due to the break in period. It’s currently sitting in about 7 inches of water. Water temp is 78 degrees, salinity is remaining steady at 1.024. Is there anything I’m missing here? Or anything I️ might be able to do to reduce the micro bubbles in my tank? Thanks in advance for any help!
