Well.... big problem. Living Color called me today. They are cancelling the build and refunding my money. I could not get an answer but they said they are refunding all open accounts. I have to start over again with a builder.

That drawing changed with the new builder. Tank me will be the builder now. The new dimensions are 90x30x26tall. But the internal overflow box is gone. He is doing an external box and his zero overflow. This will make for nothing inside the tank. No acrylic boxes to get in the way. The overflow will be cut into the glass. Also doing a floating bottom now. It is going to be better than originally planned!!

That is a serious project!

I'm curious about the "floating bottom", so I'm coming along for the ride. (Plus, I want to watch this beast go from an elegant glass box with beautiful beveled edges to an incredible coral-filled habitat!)

Started building my new dosing container today.

It's 20x20x7. 4 chambers. I'm currently running triton so I wanted a 4 chamber dosing container. Each chamber will hold just under 3 gal. So it should fit tritons 10L jugs perfectly. Got everything cut and temporarily glued. Going to add bulkheads and dosing tubes tomorrow.

I got up in the attic and ran a wire for a dedicated 20amp circuit. For my lights and fans. Also got started installing an exhaust fan to keep humidity down. Slowly making progress before the tank is ready!
