Oh, not a good day for this. Tally, my first fish, just died. I was in a bad mood all day. I loved that little guy! He was such a good fish. Never had any problems with anyone. I just moved him into a temporary tank and I'm pretty sure the 6 line killed him.
This is the very first pic I took of him. Back when I first started with a 20 gallon.

My first tragic loss was a Longhorned Cowfish. We had him almost a year, we moved and in the transition he didnt make it. Miss that little guy.

Lost my bluespot after I transferred him to a temporary tank and he found a way through the eggcrate, of course:

I haven't lost any fish in a long time because I don't keep very many. But I don't think Sara will mind if I post one of hers that I was sorry to see have a short stay in her aquarium. This is Cirrhilabrus naokoae. As I recall, there was thinking that it was a victim of unsavory collection methods. I was really excited when she got a pair of these. Both died shortly after she got them. This one was doing very well, swimming around and flashing on a regular basis. A terrific looking fish that looked like it was going to have a great personality.

Ah yes, the Cirrhilabrus naokoae ... RIP little buddy. I could have gotten a pair this weekend but figured I'd better let my sps grow in more and give them some more hiding room.
