Last few days started to notice a fish in QT wobbling and stomach bloating, which is progressively getting worse. Currently started dosing neoplex as of today. Here's all the parameters as well as a short video to display.

Aquarium Parameters:
Aquarium type: Quarantine tank
Aquarium water volume - 20g
How long has the aquarium been established? QT using bio from established DT
Digital image of the aquarium under white light

Water quality (be sure to indicate what measurement units you are using)
Temperature - 78
pH: - 8.3
Salinity / specific gravity - 1.025
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate 10ppm
Copper - no, don't like using this until I can get fish healthier
Other - Neoplex and feeding metroplex

In-depth information:
Have you lost any fish to this problem yet? (see below)
Lost a pintail unexpectedly this morning, but not to this, It had ICH that I didn't catch from the LFS when I brought it home over the weekend.

Are the affected fish still feeding?
It's trying to eat, just the wobbling making it difficult to eat the food

What remedies have you tried so far?
Today, did a 50% water change then started to dose neoplex since I believe it to be something with the stomach

Short video of the fish attached

I see moderate popeye, (exophthalmia) and the pressure from that is likely pressing onto the brain causing neurological symptoms. Since you've begun the Neoplex, probably continue with that, but erythromycin (Maracyn 1) is what I usually suggest for this issue. You might consider dropping your specific gravity down a bit, to 1.022 perhaps.

Thank you Jay...I will run some carbon to remove the neoplex, can I use kanoplex, have that onhand? If not I can go pickup some Marcyn 1 tomorrow.

Before reading this posting, I did some research and did the following:
1. Dropped SG to 1.017, is this too low?
2. Added 1TBS of Epsom Salt for every 5g of water

Any recommendation where the temp should be?

1.017 is lower than I would have gone and Epsom salts are totally useless in marine aquariums. It won't hurt anything, but it won't help either. Sea salt mixes are 1/4 Epsom salts, so adding a bit more is just like if you raised the specific gravity a bit (grin). Epsom salts is an old freshwater tonic, not sure why the idea has gotten so firmly entrenched in the marine community here....
