My flame hasn't done anything but be upset and recede since I got it several months ago. Its one of only a few corals that don't seem to like my tank:(

Here are a couple new shots of Jerry Garcia. Looking pretty awesome, mine is looking awesome as well, but can't take a good picture because my underwater case broke...

I swear it will get pink in it, and blue. It takes awhile for the pink to fully develop. How long have you had yours? Have you had any new growth yet?

Yeah, wait until you get some upward new growth, my original frag, went to green, but as soon as I got new upward growth, it developed the colors. Wait and see what the new outward growth develops, if still green, you might try moving it higher. But I think you will get some colors on the new growth. Haha, I always thought it was a red pink color, but I can see how you might see it as orange to!

Have you seen this acto growing under t5's? Juzt curious because i know acros can look way different under t5 or led's compared to halides.

I have heard that people are getting the color with t5s, now, that being said, I have not personally seen it with my own two eyes as of yet. Just hear say. I did give two buddies a frag recently and they have t5s, but they are small, and have not sprouted any new growth yet. So I will let you know next time I see their frags with new growth!

A couple of horrible cell phone pics of my Jerry Garcia. It is ridiculous in person. Need to find someone with a decent camera...

Just give it some time, mine took awhile for the colors to come in, it is slow for the colors to mature. High flow, and medium/high to high light on placement.

Anyone know where the JG originated. A friend of mine bought it last year at the FFM. I don’t have much info on it.

Who’s fish2morow?

A LFS in Fort worth. Unfortunately the crew that used to be there has moved on, think a couple years ago now. Store is not what it once was.

Gonna bump this old thread. Anyone still have this coral? I just got a frag today and want to see how it looks if others have it.

I still have it. Mine only gets a little orange
But I have given mine to others that have been able to pull links but they usually end up killing it. Lol
