Video didn't work for me. You may want to take a couple more pics, try to get a little better focus.

Im seeing this as lymphocystis which is viral and a condition, not parasitical based on location of dots, however may be neobendendia flukes. Typically it will fall off on its own if lympho as long as both water quality is kept at optimum and a proper diet is fed.
Assure your ammonia-nitrate and ph are not elevated and tested with reliable test kits.
Breathing and activity looks normal but any signs of scratching, clamped fins, loss of appetite or heavy breathing at times?

So - tangs can develop mucus plugs that resemble ich, but the spots are larger. In this case, the spots look pretty large, but if the tang is small, it could be ich. I think you need to observe the fish over two or three days - if the spots are static (not changing in number or location too much) then it is mucus. On the other hand, if the spots change in location and number then it is possibly ich.

@Jay Hemdal @vetteguy53081
Here are a couple pics from today.
Still eating and acting fine.
I too see these as mucus plugs and havent increased nor decreased. Ive seen this only fish have just gotten done with copper treatment and if I recall. . . . . . this rash as I would describe it may be bacterial but unsure and best recommendation I can give is to quarantine (I know- not again) and treat with Kanaplex by seachem and add Metroplex to the foods (up to two weeks). With Metroplex also by seachem, you are applying what can fit on the Tip - not whole lead of a pencil. . . Its that small of an amount

Thanks. I ordered some Kanaplex. I haven't treated with copper but have already started on the Metroplex and focus.

Hmmm, this is looking more like ich to me now. Can you get some pictures of the left side of the fish again tomorrow so that we can judge if the spots are moving around?

Sorry, these just aren’t clear enough. What I was looking for was a duplicate left side picture so I could compare locations of the spots. You are really in the best position to see that.

Well it's worse. All my fish now have ich.
I have treated with rally and kick ich but I don't see any improvement. I am still treating but I worry everyday about loosing them. Already lost my blenny and a clown.

Sorry - these pics aren't clear enough either. I know how hard it is to get good fish pics, but it is doubly hard to make a diagnosis based on out of focus shots.

I can't rule out Brooklynella on the clown, or it is advanced ich, which also creates a lot of mucus.

Sometimes, cell phone videos are easier to get.

This makes me sad; I hope you don't lose to many fish! Here's to hoping most pull through for you :)
