I just got a flame wrasse male and he has a white mouth is there something wrong with him because every other one i see they don't have a white mouth.

need a pic for sure, but mine never bad anything like that so it sounds like something is up. good luck

Could be a fungus or some sorth..hope it's only a temp condition

i have had fariy wrasse get fungus on the mouth..as a matter a fact it was my lineatus and i was able to fix that but unless we have a pic we are just guessing what it is

might be from banging his mouth on the bag... if he's eating, it should heal in a week or two...

this is very true.. i ahve seen alot of wrasses do this and if your water quality is good and it is eating it should get better

Doesn't seem to be a problem- but observe closely and update us with any abnormal behavior
