Flatwarms or black pugs?!

Good day for all,

Please help me to ID these, today I found theses very small bugs on my Zoanthid blugs, they are black and very small and moving a little bit fast and looks black and maybe not, I noticed them only becouse my new plugs still white but no any other signs for them!

If they are all that small and stay small, I doubt they are flat worms.
