Hi Mate. I have attached 2 photos. One for size reference of a microscope slide and a less zoomed in photoIt feels a bit ironic to ask, but could you get a pic that's a bit more zoomed out? Pics of it on the coral and less closely zoomed in on under the microscope could help here.
If not, my first thought would be a Waminoa species, but I definitely don't feel confident on that guess from the pic.
Still hard to say for sure, but I'm still leaning toward a Waminoa species - they're mostly harmless if so, but it's still generally recommended to remove them (or at least to keep their numbers down). For comparison, the link below is just a photo of a bunch of different Waminoa species:
