Can anyone suggest the best all around fleece roller for my 75gal DT? Using a DIY 40Gal breeder as a sump w/ refugium. Aiming for 800-1100gph total filtration.

For sump design, I have a 40gal breeder that I am going to make glass baffles for. Looking to have a fleece roller section into refugium (with aquamesh) into return area. Any opinions on sump design and/or flow rate are welcome. This is my first SW tank so I am being super meticulous planning it out before moving forward.

I'd suggest a Klir-4, it won't handle 1100 gph but for a 75g tank that's 14 times turn over, nobody needs that kind of turn over, 3-5 or 7x tops is sufficient.

The the sump, I'll have a total water volume of around 100g. So 300-700 range is more reasonable and sufficient?

I use fleece that i cut to size and wash like a filter sock on my bubble magus. It lasts about 3 weeks. With the purchased roll it lasts 2 months.

Think in terms on volume with regards to your main display. Current conventional wisdom is 3-5 turn over unless you have some old school philosophy to utilize your return to also pull double duty as your in tank circulation. I really don't advise this tho, at least not for your tank size.
