Ricordia are really cool! The first coral I bought was one. Tomorrow I will have had it for 5 weeks, but it's growing really well. It's fun watching it slurp up brine shrimp. Below are photos from day 1 and then today. I'm hoping to get a blue one next.

Only Ricordia i've ever had. Started off really small, now I am worried about having to frag it to move some. I assume this one is a green Ric?

I've always loved Florida Ricordia mushrooms! Back in the day they were VERY popular and you could order them by the dozens. I have began to see them more and more lately from live good vendors and it made me wonder how many of you own Florida Rics! Let's talk about it.

In Australia one of those Ric's would sell for $600

New to the hobby. Just moved mine from QT to the display tank. This along with a few other frags are the first in my tank. Please ignore my horrible attempt at mounting :)

You should see some of my mounting. The first one I did I didn't know your not supposed to use a lot my fingers got stuck to it and I have a string of dry glue from trying to get my fingers off the rock frag

I've never purchased one, but have had several nice rics given to me. Especially love them, for that reason. It took them some time to settle in my system... like several years. That has been my experience with ricordea, for most of my time reefing. I think my tanks are just a bit too clean, but as I said, they do settle in to cleaner setups eventually.
