I am setting up a macroalgae display tank (20 gallon) and was wondering how much flow is required in terms of tank turnover rate? I have a sicce voyager nano 270gph in it, along with a HOB filter which gives around 100gph. I am not sure if the strong flow will blow the macros around, or the macros would do fine.

Low to moderate with sufficient light and oxygen
A little iron helps also
