Well I thought it was a ballast that could switch between watts but it can’t. I guess only icecap ballast do that?

How is this light controlled

One plug for the metal halide and one plug for the T5s each in its own plug in timer. You could also use the apex if you have one

No on board on & off switches also are the halide dimmable

Update: took the fixture down today to get it ready.
Hanging kit is intact. I thought I may have cut the wires but I didn’t. Clear pics of what the wiring looks like and what the ballast looks like. Also you can see the 0-10V port for dimming on the balllast in the last pic.
