Found another what the heck??

This time they were small little worms coming out from under the sand like they were searching for something. when i dug around them (with a stick) it was actually 1 worm with a lot of feelers. i am showing a crappy video (and i had my phone in the right direction)

any thoughts?

hair worm actually. they do have other minor differences than color with the spaghetti worm.

I leave them alone as the are good for the tank.. They do get ugly though.
