Long story short, I moved the rock that’s sitting on another one and found this little guy. I don’t know if he’s good or bad, but I’ve seen him one before (shown in video) but on a different rock. Hopefully the images are clear enough for you guys to ID him.

Picture is hard to see and I can’t watch the video, but is it an anemone looking thing? If I am interpreting the pictures right (not clear that I am) looks like it could be aptasia.

if the lighter part of the picture is not tentacles, could be a tunicate or sponge?
