I've noticed some of our fish, but mostly the Foxface all the time, exhibit this behavior. It looks to me like they are seeing their reflection in the side of the tank almost like it's a mirror up there. What are ways to reduce that effect and maybe reduce this behavior? Or is this just normal and fish will be fish lol. I will say that unlike when we put a mirror in front of the tank to wear out any aggression, they don't seem to show anger when seeing it in the side of the tank. Just like they won't leave it alone lol.

My magnificent foxface has started doing this a lot more lately. He's about 5 years old and lately he spends almost all his time chasing his twin in the reflection. No aggression.

Did you find a solution?
