Foxface heavy breathing seems lethargic sometimes.

I have a small foxface rabbitfish and 2 small dartfish in a 10 gallon QT with an airstone, Salinity is at 1.025. I'm using Humblefish velvet TTM. Here is my schedule so far:
11/26/21 @5:35pm Fish in QT ✅
11/28/21 @5:30am (36hrs)✅
Prazipro added 5:30pm 11/28/21)
11/29/21 @5:25pm (36hrs)
12/1/21 @5:20am (36hrs)✅
12/2/21 @5:15pm (36hrs)✅
(30 minute methylene blue bath 12/2/21)
12/5/21 @4:10pm (71hours)
12/8/21 @4:05pm (71hours)

The foxface is eating for me. He does breathe heavy sometimes. He doesn't have clamped fins but he does swim erratic sometimes. Both of the dartfish are breathing fine and acting normal and eating a good ammount for me. I don't think it's ammonia burn since I'm moving them often matching temp and salinity.
Would it be wise to try a 5 minutes fresh water dip? He's already moved tanks tonight and gone through a 30 minute methylene blue bath. Does anyone have advice on what else I can do. I have kanaplex, Metro, focus, Copper power, cupermine, safety stop, methylene blue on hand.

Hello, you mention ammonia burn - what is your ammonia testing at right before a transfer and what test kit are you using?
Could you post a short video of the fish?
I wouldn’t do a FW dip with no sure reason for doing so, the prazi would have overlap with that in any event.

My ammonia Is 0.2 on a red sea test kit. I make sure I match my temp and salinity and the tank matches the same as the old. I do feed them heavily during QT just trying to buff them up. I've taken a short video of him right now. I'm wondering if it's velvet? (Hopefully the video works)

That is really odd. It has fright coloration, but the breathing is throwing me off - it isn't super fast, but its open mouth breathing, I can't account for that. Velvet can cause open mouth breathing, but the rate would be about twice this fast.
I really don't know what to make of it.

I'll keep an eye on on him periodically to see if there is any change.
