The foxface in our display tank has began growing a bump under his face. He is eating well, and it doesn't seem to bother him. It is the same metallic white color as his markings, so it doesn't seem to be lympho from what I was seeing online. Anyone have any ideas or seen this before? He's been here 5 years and never had any issues.

Does it appear to be an external growth or something under the skin? Looks sorta like a tumor to me.

Appears to be completely under his skin. The bump is the same metallic white color of his other scales, so it appears that this...thing... hasn't broken skin. It's taken about 4-5 days to get this size.
