Fragging is an ability that many reefers aspire to have. It can be a beneficial tool in the hands of a responsible and careful reefer. If you have some excess growth of a particular coral, frag it! If you want to share the wealth, frag it! If you are sick and tired of that one coral invading your aquascape, frag it! Fragging can also be challenging and even dangerous, depending on the coral.

. If it’s a big enough piece that they knock off then I’ll glue it to a plug and plant it in a new spot in the tank. At some point I would like to find a local club to attend and start doing frag swaps.
