I picked up a Fusion Nano 25 for my first frag tank.
What would you add to make this a good Frag Tank?

I am not planning on adding any fish at this time, but open to ideas.
But starting with mostly Zoanthids.

I did order the same LED lights that my LFS are using over all of their frag tanks,
I just figure if it's grow coral for them, then it should be good enough me me.

Would you add a few pounds of live rocks?
I have an old CPR Bak-Pak skimmer I think I can hang on. BUT is there a newer, better option
for this tank? Since I've been out of salt water for 10 years, I imagine there are tons of newer, better skimmers for this tank. Anything fit in the back? Or corner? Or just go with a hang on?

I am not planning a sump for this tank, but would a refugium stater pack, like the ones from Algae Barn be useful on starting this tank?

I know I will need more circulation, maybe a Hydor 550/600, is that too much power?

Is there a preferred heater that would work better than my current EHEIM 100W heater?

I know I have TONS and TONS more questions, But wanted to ask for advice to get me started in the right directions. Thank you for any reply and advice.

My choices will be:
Aquamax 1.5 HoB skimmer
Icecap 1K gyre (one half should be enough)
Kessil A360
Filter floss + chemipure blue

What's your thoughts on a CAD Lights PLS-50 skimmer, it would fit in the back area.
Any other skimmers that would fit? I think any skimmer that would fit in a JBJ 20G Reef tank
would also fit in this one also.

OK, I will probably add a few fish like a Six-line Wrasse

Thoughts?

There are quiet a few slimmer that will fit, marinedepot has a nice video on this (skimmer that fits in the back chamber of nuvo ) . Most skimmers that fit are not very good. Tunze, aquamaxx are couple of the good ones that I know for sure works. Never used pls-50, so cant comment.

I think six line is ok. I would recommend considering all the fish you want to add (at least total number and relative genres ) before hand, cause their temperament will decide how they’ll treat each other, which in turn should dictate how and in which order you want to introduce them. Six line is a great option, but it’s also aggressive , so preferably add it last.
