Hey Brandon @FraghouseCorals … Just one suggestion. I love the packaging of the corals. Best I’ve seen yet. The frag plugs, however…. Lol. They are way to light in weight it seems. The frags I put in my rack were flying out of the holes. I just changed all of them to different ones.

I was going to say the same exact thing, but I was gonna wait a week or two to see if they become less buoyant. Packaging, 100%. The plugs though, are a bit too light, esp with the larger frags and in an sps system with higher flow. I guess it doesn't mean anything to those who remove them from the plugs anyways.

Yeah, I noticed it right away and my flow is about medium+. Was no problem changing the plugs. I just know that Brandon recently fragged these so they should be good to go.

Just got my box!! A+ packaging/labeling, A+ polyp extension. A+ prices. I pull off the plugs before placing in the display, so I don't have an issue there, but I see what people mean. Thanks @FraghouseCorals

So finally after 4 weeks in a row bad weather, today I get my big box of corals! I will post his great packaging as well as his HOT Firesticks and why I love ordering from Brandon and spend too much today. I will also post updates on how fast his corals grow for the next sale too!

Plugs locked in to cups inside bags. I have ordered hundreds of sticks from Brandon and none have fallen off the plug or arrived DOA, not one!

I have high flow in all my tanks so Brandon already warned me about the 3D printed parts. I decided to take them off the plugs right after acclimation and glue them to 3” ceramic discs before adding them to the tank. Polyp extension in the bag right out of the box and PE immediately after adding to tank! As soon as the lights come up I will post better photos. This was half the order since there were so many, Brandon and I discussed separating the order in case something happened in shipment. As well as it’s a lot of work for him to pack that many and for me acclimation, taking off plugs and gluing and adding to tank! It took almost 2 hours from arrival to getting them in the tank. Brandon is the BEST in customer service and working out the best scenario for both of us!

do you feel they grow better by putting them on an over sized frag disk?

i know i said i didnt really like the frag plugs when i first got the frags. i still think they are a little lightweight. however, after acclimating the frags for a couple weeks in my frag tank, i finally transitioned the frags to the main tank. the plug "stalks" or whatever you want to call them, they snap off like butter and completely flush with a pair or coral cutters. super easy to glue to the rockwork. so kudos to that.
