Free Raja Rampage

I got a small 3 eye Raja Rampage from the Reef Gallery. It use to look good but now it looks like butt. Not sure what I'm doing wrong because every thing else I have is blowing up. Does anyone near Beaver PA want this thing to see if you can do better?

How much light is it in? It really does mych better in low light.

Its at the bottom. It pretty much went completely clear with light hints of brown and green.
