Freebies that came with live rock

Hey there, so we've been running a fairly new saltwater setup. I've noticed that the live rock that I got may have come with a few freebies. There are two thingamabobbers growing on one of the rocks that we don't know what they are. I was wondering if someone could ID them and let me know if they're bad or not. One of them is a round thing and the other has tentacles.

The tentacled monster is an Aiptasia anemone. They can become real pests if not eradicated.

I can't tell what the other, rounder object is.
