Frequent Spike on Wrasses Tail

Every few weeks it.looks like a bristleworm crawls all over my wrasses tail. I suspect it is happening at night when the fish sleeps. Because it happens every few weeks I was concerned maybe this is some type of disease. Does this look like it could be anything sinister?
