I am thinking these might be spaghetti worms? Hoping someone can let me know and if they are truly Friend vs. Foe...

Thanks!

Thanks everyone! New to the saltwater side of the hobby (rescued a little 5 gal EVO setup whose inhabitants were about to be literally flushed ), so this has been helpful and reassuring! I am battling parameters that were out of whack and green hair algea from their previous neglect, glad I don't have another major issue to deal with!

Good luck! Add a turbo snail it will help a lot with the algae
