This frogspawn and 2 rfa have been doing well for months when they suddenly shrivelled yesterday and I found 2 green tips of the frogspawn in the tank during water change today.
There is an anemone shrimp, an emerald crab, and a bristleworm in the tank.
Also just saw a white worm on the back wall while I was writing this, snapped a quick pic of it. Middle pic has the frogspawn and 1 rfa. My guess is the emerald crab, but I can't find any postings of them bothering frogspawn. All other softies are doing well.
Any ideas?

I have a 16g tank with 35 RFAs. I've added anemone shrimp, porcelain crabs, astraea snails and an emerald crab. I've had no issues over about 6 months. I have bristle worms in my DT and the RFAs in there don't seem to be bothered by them at all.

I'm thinking you have some other issue. BTW, RFAs can act strangely at times and close up for an entire day or even two.

Good luck.

The tips you saw are a type of bail out and are super stingie (is that even a word but you get what I mean)?
I recently had a frogspawn let go and kept checking to make sure non landed on corals.
