Tried my hand at making frozen this weekend. Had everything frozen the day before. Bought a food processor to grate it. Made a mistake with the first items I grated since I had left the blade in so it ground that up pretty fine but caught it early at least. I shucked the clams and oysters the night before. I used frozen clams, oysters, octopus, butterfish, flying fish roe, freeze dried mysis , plankton, and attic copepods, chopped up nori, various pellets I had, vita-chem, and amino acids. The fish like it so it’s a success.
