Frustrating, are Water Changes Killing My Inverts?

Thanks guys! It turns out I was starving the cuc. The tiger conch wasn't dead, perhaps close to it, though. I tied some nori to a rock and placed the conch right next to it. He revived and started eating!

I'll be feeding the cuc much better from now on.

Almost a week later and all is well. I bought another conch snail thinking I had killed the first, and the two of them are running laps around the tank (at a snail's pace, of course). All the inverts are loving the nori! The emerald crabs are hysterical as they grab a piece too big and then scamper to a safe place to enjoy their feast.
