Getting rid of some equipment in the garage now that I sold my tank.

60 gallon nem tank that I bought from rororeef. Used for about 3 months $150
2 dosers I forget brand that I used for alk and calcium $40
My favorite the Tunze wavemaker 6208. Excellent way to create the back and forth esp in the 150g. $150

Also another reefer brought up a great point. The wavemaker adds pressure to tank walls and is not recommended for older/smaller tanks with thin glass/acrylic. I had a 7 year old glass tank that was 48" long and it ran perfect for 3 years. I think it's probably dependent on how well your tank was built as well.

for $35 I can get livestock shipped overnight with a bunch of water weight. That was kind ofmy point of reference.

I agree though, they are hard on tanks. its more the constantly shifting weight/force rather than pressure though.
