This is a POSITIVE shout out to @Hanna Instruments and their AWESOME customer service. As stated above, my Salinity tester came with a cracked case. Not only did they send me a new case right away, it included 4 new 35ppt calibration fluid packets.Received my Hanna salinity tester and although the unit itself is fine, BRS shipped it in a padded envelope and the case is broken, the top is cracked almost completely across at the hinge. I contacted Hanna and we'll see if they respond to it.
