I was hoping the filter floss would give some indication for you. Fingers crossed you get some actionable info fro the icp test my friend. The not knowing mystery stuff is the worst. :(
Exactly Ray.... not knowing is the worst. Only thing I got from the Poly-Filter is organics....removed them and went back to sockless.

@Scurvy my last test took 15 days from the day I sent it. This one is at 14 today. Hopefully I will see the results in the next couple of days.

Trachy and Lobo are pretty much gone. NO3 was at about 15 when I checked it Sunday. I have no idea what could be causing their demise.....
23 days for a guy back in December. Hopefully they're caught up some.

Well being December, I would suspect that shipping might have caused those delay, but you never know...

Reading @bubbaque's thread and his problems with his denitrator has made me think that there might be something there. I am going to shut off the denitrator and see if anything responds.....

Did your issues start after you started using it?

I can't recall when I brought it online and I, unfortunately, didn't record it in my notes.....

What denitrator did you start using? Do you mean the NoPox or something else.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. I know the feeling.

Heeeeyyyyy... don't you have some coding that needs to be done? Lol

Kudos to you, fine sir, for creating the DIY [Auto] ★ [ ALKALINITY MONITOR ] ★ 3 Tank [HANNA with Raspberry PI / Ardiuno ] with ADVANCED Features!

I've been following and admiring, in the background, of your testing apparatus. Impressive, to say the least!

I have an AquaMaxx TS-1 sulfur denitrator that's been running. I've had the unit for a few years and it did wonders for my FOWLR tank a few years ago. I am also dosing NOPOX too.

Hope things improve soon.. for what it’s worth, don’t think your giving poly filters enough time to do their job. Depending on the amount of contaminants your not necessarily going to see a definitive color change in a day or two, in my experience it takes a week or more.. the pad will quickly turn tan from particulates just like your socks but the actual color change from contaminant absorption typically takes longer.

Test results came back inconclusive.... Low iodine was about it. No heavy metals except aluminum but that is expected with the Brightwell plate that's in my sump. Trachy is just about gone same with lobo. Losing heads on torch now too.... About to give up on this tank and just let it ride....

I’m sorry if mentioned but did you happen to test your water for chloramine?
I'm on a well and have only tested it once years ago.
