Fulval 32 SEA & INTANK MEDIA BASKET what to use?

I am just getting started with my fluval 32 saltwater tank and purchased 2 of the intank medial baskets. Right now I am using the carbon and media that came with the tank and a cut the foam that came with the tank to use in the top of the media basket. I plan on adding coral along with fish in the end. Right now I am cycling the tank with live rock and 2 small clowns. I am looking for help on what specifically to use in the media baskets and how often to change? Appreciate any help I can get.

I usually recommend chemipure blue or elite or carbon+phosphate remover. Changed out once a month but soaked in RO water every week or 2 to remove any bacterial film
