IM Nuvo 20 pro (dimensions 23.62" L x 15" W x 13" H) that I have set up as a mixed reef with LPS, a few SPS and a few RBTAs. I love the diversity of a mixed reef.

The most important thing to me about lights outside of getting a nice look out of your coral is good growth at a price that doesn’t break the bank in a hobby where the cost of getting in is getting higher and higher everyday. The fact that Noo-Psyche can come in to the market with a sleek light that can grow all types of coral at an affordable price point is great for this hobby.

Would love to give one of these lights a go over my tank!

WB170.4/5 55x26x24

I’ve been running this tank for almost 2yrs, having set it up second hand with 3 older Kessil A360we and growth was good at the beginning with smaller and lower demand corals but has been starting to slack off as I’ve added acros and other higher demand corals. Parameters have been steady and I’m trying not to chase anything but I’m wondering if lights are starting to fade or just don’t have enough coverage.

I don’t have the funds to grab new Kessils or Radions so have been looking at alternatives. Shimmer and color blending are of great importance to me; can’t stand disco or flat light.

Having something new to try would be great and would jumpstart the path to having a proper build thread. A few people have asked why I don’t and it’s ultimately because I lack proper motivation to document my mediocre coral growth!

Thanks for the consideration and good luck to all!

Edit: Just wanted to add, see this little nubbin? That’s WWC Pink Passion and it hasn’t grown a millimeter in over 6mo.

Tank size: - 20x14x14

Attached is photo from manufacturer website! Tank has been ordered!

Most important part of lighting for me is something that provides growth, and healthy lighting for the corals to thrive!

NOO-PSYCHE meets my needs for an affordable light that provides the right environment for coral growth.

@TheWB bought the same tank, so I know they need a new light too!

Rubbermaid Stock Tank/Frag Build - 52x31x12

I just picked this up last night. I've got lights for one half of it, but I'll need another fixture for the other side. This is a budget frag build, so cheap or free lights that can grow SPS is all I care about. I'll be testing some budget 50w epistars on one side. Would be interesting to see how they compare to the Noo-Psyche!

72 x 24 x24 180 gallon. Just getting it going. This is an upgrade from a 75 gallon tank and so far all that's in there is what transferred over.

Is there any active coupon code I can use. Looking to pick up two of these but I am in Canada and the added shipping cost is a bummer.

They ship directly from China so I wouldn’t think your shipping cost would be much, if any, different than someone in the US. Also, I believe that Noopsyche already pays for half of the shipping.

  • Below are photos of my 120 gallon Oceanic tank (48"x24x24"). It has been running since November 2021.
  • I mostly care that the lights will grow corals; I'm new to the hobby and don't have many corals yet so I have not formed an opinion about what is needed to grow corals well.
  • My expectations are somewhat low despite everyone saying the NP K7 V3 is awesome.

I have a few coral now and will hopefully have more sps coming soon from battlecorals and am worried my existing lights wont cut it. Being able to take part in this contest would be wonderful both for my tank but also my YouTube Channel. And I'll be able to put my camera lens filters to good use with all the filming/photos!

I just bought two fixtures and cant wait for them to be delivered. I'd love to add a third to see and document where the growth goes!

Well im gona post anyways cause I realy need a decent light.

40 breeder tank 36" x 18" x 16"
Running a Gen 1 black box led.
I believe lights are a crucial part of coral growth. And that may be why most lights the "do" grow corals are getting quite expensive. This starts to weed out some people that want to be in this hobby but not making decent money. I believe Noopsyche is doing their best to suit these types of people for the hobby. To be able to provide a light that has specific settings for acros and have a lower then normal price is great.

Here's my tank pic from just the other day. I have just a few corals. Maybe if I get great growth I can turn frags around and be able to have a full tank of coral.

Hopefully I'm not too late to the party but here's my current 180 gallon (72"×24"×24") reef. I've been very interested in noopsyche for a long time and would love to use and document my experience with these lights.
