Just a quick note; if you are using your Maxi Doser as a Slave Device, connected to a ProfiLux 3/4 or Doser 2/2.1 - Please make sure to Update firmware on the master device.

If you do not, the Doser will not properly assign.

GHL Control Center v. 1.1.0.5/6
New in V1.1.0.6:
Support for ProfiLux 4 with KH Director added
ProfiLux 4: Supports KH Director, update of PAB devices, with new firmware V7.10 (included)
ProfiLux 4 & Mitras LX7: WiFi firmware V6565 included, performance improved

New in V1.1.0.5:
Support for GHL Doser Maxi added
Firmware ProfiLux 3 V6.31 and ProfiLux 4 V7.09, needed for GHL Doser Maxi Slave, included

As always, the latest version of GCC is distributed on our Download section:
https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/downloads/

And as always: Backup your Configuration (and Sensor Data) to File! This is a big update that has new device support for both KHD and Maxi...

I have received my Maxi so I proceeded to do the upgrade.

Can not Stress first and foremost:
Backup your Configuration (and Sensor Data) to File! This is a big update that has new device support for both KHD and Maxi...

I was able to do the P4 Upgrade, when the system rebooted it reverted back to German, and I was able to restore my sensor data and settings.

if I read the release notes and I may be missing something, I should also be upgrading the Wifi Module to V6565?

I searched the program file directory and I am not finding it so I thought I would post here for some help.

Two questions:

1- I noticed a Firmware upgrade for my Slave Doser which I also need to connect.
Do I connect add the device and then firmware upgrade it?

2- I have both a Maxi master and slave
Do I upgrade the firmware on both after I connect them? Should I connect one upgrade, and then connect the second?

Thank you

Sorry, should have moved up a few folders I did find the wifi update,

It did error out doing across the web-interface so I went with the direct update using the tool and it worked without any issue.

New question:
I see a new Icon, and maybe I never saw it before a Envelop is now appearing in my display? I think it means an alert went out but not sure?

So @Ditto. If I need to update the firmware on my slave maxi and one of my slave 2.1 dosers do I need to disconnect all my other equipment besides the doser I'm wanting to update? Also, do I need to do the backup data and settings every time? Sure would be easier if we could just click the update firmware on the settings/assign device screen.

Thanks

@WWIII - I would backup the data but did not when I did mine.

First add the devices through the system. Which I assume you did :)

Disconnect everything but the first doser to upgrade and upgrade it.

Once it said it upgraded I rebooted the doser and checked it through the GCC software.

I then powered the doser down and disconnected it.

Closed gcc desktop software

Attached the second doser and power it up.

Upgrade the doser

Once it said it upgraded I rebooted the doser and checked it through the GCC software.

Power down the doser

Close the GCC desktop software

Reconnect everything back up

Restart the GCC software and everything should be back up :)

And I can not agree more disconnecting everything can be a pain :(
