I prefer 0,5-2mm because fine sand moves around to much and sometimes suffocates when the layer become to thick. Can i use sugar fine sand? Or does it have to be the size you use?
What happens if you throw a supposedly dead goniopora in the garden and let it stand all summer in all weathers, then reuse the "stone" as "elevation" for another coral? Would it come back to life ???

Beautiful reef! Glad the dispars are working out well!We are a week further since the introduction of tl the Tuka anthiases.
They are picky eaters and still very skinny.
I Counted seven this morning (I'm missing 2)
I am very hopeful
The Dispars are doing very well. These have now been introduced for 5 weeks (September 18).
They are well fed and eat very enthousiastically.
1-2 specimens always seem to hide.
