Goby moved in with pistol shrimp a few weeks ago and came out of the cave like this today?

He has white vertical stripes where all the color is gone and it looks like his fin has been completely shredded. What could have done this as none of the other fish are aggressive towards him at all.

Stocking is 2 clowns, royal gramma, lawnmower blenny, pistol and peppermint shrimp, and a small emerald crab. I have never seen any aggression out of the clowns or gramma. Can a tiger pistol shrimp turn on its goby?

My YWG couple months back was goin through something similar except only on his tail fin. FWIW, he seem to have recuperated and is back to normal. He too has a pistol buddy.
