I’ve had this goni for over a month and he just refuses to open. He opened up a little 2-3 days ago but I can never ever ever find a relatively sweet spot for it. It’s directly opposite to my acans for a decent par gauge. Goni it to the right under my Kenya’s.
I assume it’s a micrófono/bernadapora so it’s slightly different. Also heard they can tolerate higher par… but seems to only want to open in extreme shade. Which I don’t have much of. My very first Goni too. So if this doesn’t come back I have no hope for others. Any other placement ideas??

I can't see the goni, but all my goni's are in medium lighting and medium flow

oh, its starting to turn white. Personally I would move it, that looks like its in the shade and doesn't look like high flow area. They can be flexible with lighting, but they need random flow or they will not open. I've put them into dead flow spots before, they close and will stay closed until they get flow.
